Every project is unique, so we provide custom quotes based on your goals, style, and scope of work. things we need to put in consideration are; any extra gear needed to complete the project, if time is needed from us to research, plan and prepare for the film and if any location costs will be involved.

once you accept the quote, we will then ask you to pay a deposit. the project will then begin begin. for the remainder of the payment, we will send you an invoice once the project has been completed and signed off.

we’ll start off by meeting with you, to look together at the scope of the project, so we can give you an accurate quote, time scale and plan for the project.

Pre-production: much of the hard work that makes a film great is done here. preparation is key to understanding your goals, the story you want to tell and how we are going to do that, as well as planning out the key details for the day, such as locations, times of arrival, equipment needed and so on.

our involvement here can differ client by client, with some simply needing us to take on more of a consulting role, with them having written story script outlines already.others need us taking on more of a leading role, with us taking responsibility fully for scripting, storyboarding and planning a film that meets their project criteria.

Production: the big day! we will arrive at our chosen location at the arranged time, get ready and start shooting. what the day looks like depends on the project, but typically will be spent between shooting interviews and broll (scene setting and context building footage.)

Our goal on the day, is to help you feel calm, collected, and present whilst shooting. We get that it can be nerve wracking being on camera, so we emphasise creating spaces that are calm, and ultimately help you look your best on camera. you have so much great knowledge to share, and we want that to shine.

Post production: after the shoot, we will go away and edit the film for you. we will take the scripts and storyboards created in pre-production, and turn the raw footage into the film. we will deliver this to you typically using a link to download it. we generally will then carry out one round of amendments for you if needed.

whether you simply have a loose concept, or have already planned out a whole vision for your film, we would love to work with you. we are more than happy to consult on scripts and storyboards that you have already written, or are writing, or take on responsibility for researching, writing and planning the film fully ourselves.

our initial meeting is important to discuss your desires and needs from the project. from this we will be able to give you a tailored quote for us to produce the film for you.
